The Original Catalyst Studios Cthulhu Statue
Concept drawings by Ann Koi were based on HP Lovecraft's description in the short story, "The Call of Cthulhu". The "infamous couplet" is in English script R'lyehan on the base.
The master was sculpted by Jason Soles in 1998, before the founding of Catalyst, from those drawings.

This hydrostone cast statue is the first thing we ever made together, and it represents the start of an amazing friendship and partnership in business and art. We still cast this guy occasionally, but not for the web catalog (local retail shops and the HPL Film Festival only, sorry).
